Jessie and Matt have been friends for over 9 years and have always shared a passion for fitness. Jessie has an experience of 7 years in one of the most well-known gyms in the GTA. Both individuals have collectively come together and made it possible for students and other individuals in the peel region to attain their desired physical wants in a fun and affordable manner. 2. Form is everything

3. Start light
