HOW MUCH DOES A MEMBERSHIP COST?

At the PSB VR Arcade gym, memberships are priced in a tiered system so that we can find one that best suits your needs, and help you get it. Additionally, we have discounted prices for students with a valid Sheridan One-Card. Students can sign up on campus, at the gym, and online whilst non-students can happily access our website or speak to a front desk associate. Subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis and our prices are as follows:

  • Student Pricing Ranges from – 29.99/34.99/39.99 (Monthly)
  • Non-Student Pricing Ranges from – 39.99/44.99/49.99 (Monthly)

The first tier of pricing includes access to gym equipment, the track, and amenities.

The second tier adds access to classes for swimming, dance, Zumba, and HIIT but also allows access to personal trainers and combat sports instructors!

The third tier adds access to the Olympic Pool, Lane Pool, and also our signature VR and Arcade experience!

LOCATION AND HOURS:

We have a location at the Hazel McCallion Campus in Mississauga and also one at the Davis Campus in Brampton. The hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 5 am to 11pm

Saturday: 7 am to 10 pm

Sunday: 8 am to 9 pm

PSB VR Arcade and Fitness Center is proudly run by our owners Jessie and Matt. Both graduating from the Pilon School of Business, they decided to take their athletic experience of a combined 12 years into a joint venture and started PSB Fitness on the Sheridan Campus. Since Sheridan did not have a gym in their time, they came together and brought a fantastic product for everyone to benefit from and enjoy. SAFETY PROTOCOL AT THE PSB VR ARCADE GYM!

We believe in the right of choice, and PSB Fitness will happily accept those who decide to wear masks along with those who do not. That being said, if you are not feeling so well, and you are experiencing some symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home and isolate yourself. As per the fitness industry standard, please wipe down seats and machines upon use, and dispose of the wipes accordingly. Wash your hands upon entering and leaving the gym. Make sure you shower before you enter the sauna, or hot tub and pools!

Allows for locker access, private changing stalls, bathrooms with private showers and dressing tables that have provided hairdryers, towels and other personal care items complimentary. Additionally there is a Spa and Sauna in both the male and female changing rooms to allow for muscle relaxation and to sweat out the bodies toxins.

Finding time to workout as a student? Workouts and supplements in Mississauga

Being a student is often stressful and is tiring. How can it be possible to find time and energy during those busy weeks in college for a workout? Having little time to cook or a bad sleep schedule can interfere with a workout. We can help you find workouts and supplements in Mississauga, thanks to its hot spot for students. Luckily for you, we have a set of tricks to help you want to exercise and have every tip on your side to have a nice workouts and find supplements in Mississauga.

Its not always easy to go to the gym, but once there, stay committed!

1. Create some achievable and healthy goals

It is very important to set some minimal expectations and goals throughout the year. Having a set of small but consistent goal will keep you motivated while increasing in difficulty to adapt to your rhythm. Try to choose a set of muscles or body parts you would like to focus on, or choose a general workout for the whole body, and create a timeline on your calendar. As you progress through the set of goals you are making, put them in your calendar for a regular goal to look up to. Try scheduling regular and short sessions at first, then progressively increase the time throughout your weight loss program.

2. Perception can break everything – See a workout as a positive way to remain active and health

It can be difficult to energize and push ourselves to go to the gym. And the motivation lies in here: A negative attitude when starting a workout will eventually be associated to a workout. It can be difficult to break from that tie once its done, so its often recommended to keep a smile and look at the bright side. By doing so, you will stop looking at the time spent as waste, but rather feeling better in your skin, feeling like having achieved something and being exhausted by a proper workout that will help you lose weight.

3. Supplements and vitamins are a good source of energy and help building muscle

It is important to have the right nutrients to workout and build muscle. As student often tend to eat the same food, there is a lack of certain essential nutrients that are available in supplements and vitamins, to provide your body with what it needs to build muscle, particularly fibre, proteins, and vitamins.

4. Take it like a class, but without stress

Once you have your goals, schedule, positive attitude, and nutrition, you are ready to get going, right? The first step is often the most difficult one, so this tip is important to use the tips above and make every minute in the workout count. Set your mindset so the workout is just as important as a class. Stick to the schedule you made in your calendar. Now is the time to push away excuses and get serious!

5. Join a club or a program!

To keep yourself entertained, motivated or simply socialize, groups and programs can be a big boost in getting excited about a workout. Look around your school, college, or university to find clubs. Your local gym may also offer weekly programs. This is the best method to keep you in the loop, motivated and even make new friends!

Summer Ready Program HMC

PSB Fitness offers the Summer Ready Program HMC of a lifetime! Join now to look better, feel better, and do better!

What is Summer Ready Program at HMC?

The Summer Ready Program HMC launches at the start of every year and ends in April. If you miss this round, there is another one from April to August. It is a 16-week long program that helps you get the body you always wanted just in time for summer. You will get the chance to receive a complete program guide with daily at home workouts as well as in person classes three times a week. These classes will be done with professional fitness instructors and the rest of the people that join the program. You will have the chance to book and talk one on one with professional fitness instructions as well as nutritionists through video chat or in person to help guide you through the process. All in person fitness training classes with instructors will take place at the Pilon School of Business Hazel McCallion (HMC) campus.

The program is accompanied with meal replacement shakes, vitamin supplements, protein powder, and shakers. As for equipment, each in person class will have all the work out equipment you need, and if you choose to do the daily at home workouts, the easy travel equipment can be purchased through the PSB website. This is the fitness program of the year that has proven to be effective for years. All ages and gender 18+ welcome.

Anyone 18 years or over can join this program. Have never worked out before? no problem, there is no previous experience needed. The deposit for the program starts at only $79.99 with an monthly fees of $49.99 with all meal replacements shakes included. Additional charges include equipment, workout gear, and supplements. But not to worry, we will guide you every step of the way on how to use equipment and when to use the shakes and supplements.

Join our weekly information night happening on the first of each month to learn how to start the next upcoming Summer Ready Program at HMC. You will have the chance to listen to the industry experts and program coordinators that run the program. As well as hear testimonials of past program participants, with a chance to ask questions.
