PSB Fitness also offers virtual and in-person lessons regarding fitness from professionals. This is free of cost monthly lesson on how to keep yourself fit. Topics such as nutrition, weight training, and cardio are all covered under this. We take pride in focusing on you. We do this by assigning an instructor to you twice per week for an hour. This is covered under the monthly payment you will make.

 

These instructors will focus on you to make sure you achieve your short- and long-term goals. From diet, form, weights, cardio and getting the most out of your gym time, these instructors will be with you every step of the way. We will not leave you alone on this journey to fulfill those fitness goals. In the off-hours, you can contact our instructors through email and live video chat on our website. Even when they are not in or not focusing on you, you can still go ahead and ask them for tips and tricks to up your levels of fitness at PSB Fitness.

To keep things interesting, we will offer you free meals either at the beginning of your workout or after your workout. These meals will be light and refreshing to keep things balanced. Now to the least important part, the monthly payment. You will only have to pay $15. About PSB Fitness

PSB Fitness is an affordable gym located on Sheridan campus in Mississauga. At PSB fitness we understand with the stress and busyness of school it’s not always easy to find the time for the gym. We as a company have made it our mission to make this gym such a positive and motivational place to work out. For Sheridan staff and students, we have discounted the price of there memberships. Our Regular Memberships are still at an affordable price. PSB offers many features and amenities such as Personal Training, an onsite nutritionist, and many fitness classes. We have a classes for everyone, there are classes such as yoga, Zumba, kick boxing, spin classes, and cross fit.

 

Co-op Opportunities

Since we are located on Sheridan campus, we have created a coop program for students. This program has allowed students to learn more about there future careers and develop the necessary skills. We encourage students to take the initiative and gain that work experience. Students from a variety of programs have joined our Co-op, we have had students in Marketing, Finance, Human resources, and many other programs.

Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes run on a set schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of the classes start at 11am and run till 7pm. Each class has a minimum of 10 people and a Maximum of 40. Our instructors give a detailed outline of that will take place in each of the classes. The instructors are trained professionals and can move at the pace of each group and motivate each person to work there hardest. We Have separate rooms for each class with different capacity depending on the class and what the member is comfortable with. We have made it one of goals to make these classes every enjoyable and motivational for the members. With this goal in mind we have installed different lights that also go along with the music to make the experience that much better.

Personal Training 

PSB Fitness offers a free consolation where the member gets to meet the trainer, go over their goals, and ask any questions before moving forward. We offer 1 hour sessions. Our personal trainers are trained professional and are prepared to help you work towards your goals. Our professionals are here to help you see results and that is exactly what they will do. We are dedicated to making these sessions easy and enjoyable so we have invested in the best quality equipment.

What is Yoga?

HMC PSB Fitness Center

New HMC PSB Fitness Center provided to you by Sheridan College

PSB Fitness Center is about to reveal 3 new locations on Sheridan Campuses, HMC (4180 Duke of York Blvd, Mississauga, ON), Davis (7899 McLaughlin Road, Brampton, ON), and Trafalgar (1430 Trafalgar Rd, Oakville, ON). PSB Fitness Centers will be available for students as early as 1st of May 2021. These new PSB Fitness Center facilities have a wide range of activities and clubs that students can join and take advantage of during their stay on campus. ABOUT US:
Pilon School of Business (PSB) has launched an on-campus gym service. This fitness center provides students and team members 24/7 Zumba and yoga classes and many other activities. By doing this, their mind can get relaxed with music and dance by doing Zumba exercise many other kinds of exercise such as aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, and CrossFit exercise. Their emphasis lies on workouts like Zumba and Yoga, as both are properly combined physical activity.

Our fitness club offers gym passes to its students and workers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means they will use it at any time and on any campus, as long as the gym is open. Currently, the operation is in its infancy, with plans in place to offer world-class service to its customers. The instructors are well trained and have extensive experience as coaches. Since some students and staff are committed to their fitness, the gym also provides virtual courses to them. Furthermore, it is impossible to come every day due to work. As a result, the provider is prepared to offer simulated virtual courses for them.

What makes PSB Different from Others?
The gym has a set preparation regimen that sets them apart from the competition. The set routine for them is that they will do some basic exercises to prepare their bodies for workouts. After that, clients will engage in a one-hour Zumba session in which they will dance their way through an aerobic workout regimen. Following this task, there will be a 5- to 10-minute rest period during which clients can relax. The break time is short for the body to stay in motion. There will be a proper yoga session in the last session, which will last an hour. This is the schedule for those who have spare time and are capable of finishing the whole phase line.
